Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs):
- WhatsApp Nurturing for clients on an automated tool and taking full responsibility of the same endtoend including Nurturing documents, generating joining links, creatives and graphics for WhatsApp groups etc.
- Create and maintain computer and paperbased filing and organization systems for records, reports, documents, etc.
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Manage and maintain relationships with various stakeholders
- Good communication and decisionmaking skills
- Competency with using Google Sheets, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities
- Must be willing to take constructive criticism
