To role holder will Identify, develop & maintain profitable sales for South Indian market in line with annual targets/sales plan.
The job holder is required to carry out activities like new business development, new product promotion, gather data on market prices and competitor behavior and provide feedback to the relevant Sales & marketing teams.
Promptly report on business (e.g., C4C visit reports) in the designated market, identifying any threats or opportunities as they arise.
To provide accurate forecasting to aid production planning and timely material availability.**Develop new business by identifying potential sales opportunities, by building pipelines and by following up new leads and sample requests.
To negotiate the best achievable commercial agreements and to develop and implement short term plans for product sales. To achieve sales plan/targets in line with business, marketing, and pricing policies.Visit customers to explain, promote, recommend Croda products and provide technical support within designated markets and regions. To coordinate projects and development work with customers and to conduct product demonstrations and trials at customer end.
To liaise with all necessary Croda functions as required (e.g., sites, supply chain, finance) to ensure all requirements (customer & Croda) are fulfilled from order receipt to cash collection.
To assist in the promotion of new and existing products by attending exhibitions and undertaking marketing projects as directed by sales management.
Essentials:Graduation in Science with
master's in business
***3 + years of b2b sales experience in the Crop Protection Industry
Must Possess strong technical understanding of chemistries in the Crop protection products.
