Job Overview:
We are looking for a results-driven Senior Performance Marketer with strong expertise in lead generation and eCommerce performance campaigns. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing Shopify stores, running ROI-focused paid campaigns, and handling international client accounts with a data-driven approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads Manager
- Manage lead generation campaigns across multiple industries
- Handle Shopify eCommerce campaigns with a strong focus on ROAS
- Manage international client accounts, budgets, and performance goals
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and improve ROI
- Develop media plans, audience targeting strategies, and scaling strategies
- Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and sales funnels
- Prepare detailed performance reports and present insights to clients
- Coordinate with creative and content teams for high-converting ad creatives
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing
- Strong expertise in Meta Ads and Shopify eCommerce campaigns
- Experience handling international projects and clients
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Excellent English communication skills for client meetings and reporting
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to performance metrics
