ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assisting and Leading the initiatives along with the team in Product Development.
Collaborate ideas with the team and the Managing Director/CEO.
Assisting in defining the strategy and roadmap for the organisation.
Target setting and implementation planning, including resource management and planning (e.g., budgeting, revenue projections) and market research to determine and fulfil customer wants and needs.
Conduct risk assessment, mitigation planning, and monitoring in collaboration with teams.
Identifying and onboarding highquality talent of relevant expertise for the organisation.
High professional standards with multitasking abilities and achievement oriented.
Ability to manage and assist in regulating various variables of startup and set systems and processes.
Contribute significantly to the vision of being the market leader in the preventive healthcare segment.
Coordination between different teams to ensure agility.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:

Proven track record of excellence.
High professional standards and achievement oriented.
Strategic thinking skills and growth mindset.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
MBA/ B.Tech / B.E./ BBA/ BMS.
