POSITION:

  • QUALITY INCHARGE

BASIC FUNCTION:

  • Authorized to stop the production incase of nonconformity, Authorized to Approve First off Inspection report, Customer Complaint CAPA report Approval, Authorized to review the In house Rejections

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conducting Inspections in all stages. Giving Input to management Review Meeting Achieving Quality Objectives Receiving Inspection Report / First of report / SPC report / Patrol Inspection report / Visual inspection area to be monitoring Supplier Rejection Evolution / Supplier Test Reports Maintain. Prepare Sampling Plan For In Coming and Final Inspection Maintain All Measuring Instruments / Calibration reports Stage Drawings maintain in every process

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Work Experience as a Quality Manager in Auto Ancillary Manufacturing Companies or Similar Role Minimum 3 to 15 years Experience is required Knowledge in ISO , IATF 16949:2016 Basic knowledge in PPAP, APQP, Control plan, SPC study, QC tools, Instruments Handling Experience in using spreadsheets Organizational skills Good verbal and written communication skills Degree/ Diploma/ ITI in Automobile/ Mechanical Engineering or relevant field
