Responsibilities :

• Preparing bill of quantities and contracting of work

• Preparing bills for payments and estimating quantities & order of materials for construction.

• Analysis of rates of Non BOQ items.

• Planning the work execution and monitoring the daily activity of construction

• Inspecting the work as per architectural & structural drawing and maintaining the record of inspection.

• Record of executed work i.e. reports after execution, daily progress report.

• Execution of the work as like excavation of building for foundation, Layout of the building, Rcc work and shuttering fixing

and leveling as per drawing and specifications.

• Handled Auto Level and Executed the Surveying Work.

• Layouts of plan, marking & setting out of building.

• Active involvement in project concept preparation inputs.

• Systematic working with the target of Zero Accident and implement the standards down the line to ensure the target of zero incident.

• Implementation of Quality Assurance Plan.
