    Job Overview:We are seeking a skilled and innovative Architect to join our teamin Chennai. This role requires a balance of creativity andpracticality as the Architect will be responsible for designing andoverseeing various construction projects from conception throughcompletion.


    Requirements

    KeyResponsibilities:

    • Designarchitectural solutions for residential commercial and industrialprojects.
    • Collaboratewith clients to determine functional and spatial requirements ofstructures.
    • Prepareand present feasibility reports and design proposals toclients.
    • Developdetailed drawings and specifications for structural mechanical andelectrical systems using CADsoftware.
    • Coordinatewith construction contractors to ensure adherence to architecturalplans and qualitystandards.
    • Supervisethe construction process to ensure alignment with designspecifications.
    • Manageproject timelines and budgets to ensure timely and costeffectivecompletion oftasks.
    • Stayupdated with the latest architectural trends and advancements inconstructionmaterials.

    EssentialQualifications:

    • Bachelors degree in Architecture; Master s degreepreferred.
    • Registeredas a licensed architect inIndia.
    • Minimumof 3 years of experience in architectural design and projectmanagement.
