With a commitment to enhancing the resident experience through technology and innovation, we are seeking a dynamic and customer centric individual to join our team as an Sales and Business Development Executive.


You should have excellent communication skills in English and local language and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate our services and products through field visits. Own vehicle/ mode of travelling is mandatory.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's / Master's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field with 1 to 3 years of experience
.Knowledge on digital marketing, social media advertising would be an added qualification

  • Ability to generate leads from LinkedIn and convert them to Prospects.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Negotiation and closing skills to secure deals and convert leads to prospects and customers
  • Analytical and problemsolving abilities to identify and address client needs effectively.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Selfmotivated, resultsoriented, and able to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel and meet the clients as needed for client meetings and presentations.
  • Responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and ensuring the successful delivery.
  • This role requires a deep understanding of software solutions, strong sales skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams.
  • Participating in sales team meetings.

Key Responsibilities

Client Prospecting:

- : Identify potential clients and generate leads through various means, including cold calling, networking, market research, and social media prospecting


Negotiation and Closing:
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, working to reach mutually beneficial terms. Close deals effectively and efficiently.


Revenue and Target Achievement:
Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals. Develop strategies to achieve consistent and sustainable business growth.


Market Analysis:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies. Use this knowledge to identify potential areas for business growth.


Sales Presentations:
Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals that showcase the value of the organization's offerings


Client Outreach:
Initiate contact with prospective clients, present the organization's products or services, and arrange sales meetings or product demonstrations


Relationship Building:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and addressing their concerns


Customer Satisfaction:

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and act as a point of contact for post-sales support, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.

Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.

₹15, ₹22,000.00 per month
