What part will you play?

Lead and manage the end-to-end cloudification project in coordination with our external partner, ensuring successful delivery within defined timelines and budget.

Develop and execute a comprehensive project plan, outlining key milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and business stakeholders, to define project requirements, goals, and success criteria.

Serve as the primary point of contact for the external partner, fostering effective communication, managing expectations, and resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise.

Conduct regular project status meetings, provide timely updates to stakeholders, and prepare progress reports to track project performance.

Mitigate risks and proactively identify potential roadblocks, implementing appropriate contingency plans to ensure project continuity.

Manage project documentation, including project charters, schedules, change requests, and other relevant project artifacts.

Monitor and evaluate project outcomes, capturing lessons learned and best practices for future initiatives.

Support project teams in regards to Siemens internal processes like ACP, ASECO, Opera and more

Use your skills to move the world forward
Proven experience as a Project Manager, successfully delivering complex technology projects, preferably involving cloud migration or infrastructure transformation.

(Strong) understanding of cloud computing concepts, technologies, and best practices, such as virtualization, containers, serverless architecture, and cloud security.

Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate and communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders at various levels of the organization.

Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Leadership qualities, including the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams, foster a collaborative work environment, and drive results.

Experience working with external vendors or partners, effectively managing relationships and ensuring deliverables meet quality standards.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
