Description
Role Responsibilities:
- To Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and client's satisfaction
- To promote the company's services addressing or predicting clients' objectives
- To develop entrylevel staff into valuable sales resources.
- To Conduct research to identify new markets and client's needs.
- To arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
- To Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to lawestablished rules and guidelines.
- To keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc on regular basis and update the same to the reporting manager.
- To provide trustworthy feedback and aftersales support.
- To Build longterm relationships with new and existing clients in order to focus on client retention.
- To achieve desired targets as described by the Higher authorities or the clients.
Requirements and skills
- Must have proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive and bidding or in a relevant role.
- Must have Proven International sales track record.
- Must be comfortable with flexible shift timings.
- Must have bidding experience on bidding platforms (up work, freelance, PPH, Guru).
- Must have experience of team handling of minimum 510 people and team management.
- Must have experience in managing the daily reporting & Tracking of assigned task.
- Must be tax saver and proficiency in CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
- Must have Proficiency in English and excellent communication skill.
- Must have International Market knowledge.
- Must have knowledge of strategizing, planning and implementation of business development tactics in coordination within given timelines.
- Must work in rotational or flexible shift timings.
Benefits:

Salary:
₹30, ₹60,000.00 per month

- Fixed shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Mohali , Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- total work: 1 year (preferred)
