Role Responsibilities:

To Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and client's satisfaction
To promote the company's services addressing or predicting clients' objectives
To develop entrylevel staff into valuable sales resources.
To Conduct research to identify new markets and client's needs.
To arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
To Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to lawestablished rules and guidelines.
To keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc on regular basis and update the same to the reporting manager.
To provide trustworthy feedback and aftersales support.
To Build longterm relationships with new and existing clients in order to focus on client retention.
To achieve desired targets as described by the Higher authorities or the clients.

Requirements and skills

Must have proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive and bidding or in a relevant role.
Must have Proven International sales track record.
Must be comfortable with flexible shift timings.
Must have bidding experience on bidding platforms (up work, freelance, PPH, Guru).
Must have experience of team handling of minimum 510 people and team management.
Must have experience in managing the daily reporting & Tracking of assigned task.
Must be tax saver and proficiency in CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
Must have Proficiency in English and excellent communication skill.
Must have International Market knowledge.
Must have knowledge of strategizing, planning and implementation of business development tactics in coordination within given timelines.
Must work in rotational or flexible shift timings.
