  • Serve as a dedicated Scrum Master for one or more agile teams, providing guidance and coaching on agile principles and practices.
  • Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including daily standups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Ensure that the team adheres to Scrum processes and principles, removing any obstacles or impediments that hinder progress.
  • Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to define and prioritize product backlogs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Promote continuous improvement within the team by fostering a culture of learning, collaboration, and adaptability.
  • Act as a servant leader, guiding the team towards selforganization and encouraging autonomy and accountability.
  • Monitor and track team progress, velocity, and sprint commitments, providing transparent and accurate reporting to stakeholders.
  • Identify and address risks, issues, and dependencies that may impact the team's ability to deliver on commitments.
  • Foster effective communication and collaboration between team members, promoting a positive and productive work environment

Requirements:


  • 47 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar agile role within software development teams.
  • Strong understanding and practical experience with Scrum methodologies and agile practices.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and guiding crossfunctional agile teams through the software development lifecycle.
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to adapt and tailor agile practices to suit the team's needs while ensuring adherence to core principles.
  • Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities, with a focus on delivering value and continuous improvement.
