Serve as a dedicated Scrum Master for one or more agile teams, providing guidance and coaching on agile principles and practices.
Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including daily standups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Ensure that the team adheres to Scrum processes and principles, removing any obstacles or impediments that hinder progress.
Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to define and prioritize product backlogs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Promote continuous improvement within the team by fostering a culture of learning, collaboration, and adaptability.
Act as a servant leader, guiding the team towards selforganization and encouraging autonomy and accountability.
Monitor and track team progress, velocity, and sprint commitments, providing transparent and accurate reporting to stakeholders.
Identify and address risks, issues, and dependencies that may impact the team's ability to deliver on commitments.
Foster effective communication and collaboration between team members, promoting a positive and productive work environment

Requirements:

47 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar agile role within software development teams.
Strong understanding and practical experience with Scrum methodologies and agile practices.
Proven track record of successfully leading and guiding crossfunctional agile teams through the software development lifecycle.
Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to adapt and tailor agile practices to suit the team's needs while ensuring adherence to core principles.
Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities, with a focus on delivering value and continuous improvement.
