Days-5.5 days (WFO),Alternate Saturday off

Experience: 2-5 Years

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business or related field. MBA will be preferred.
Minimum 25 years of experience in Field Sales and customer relationship management.
Ability to use MS excel is mandatory. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Should be a number driver person.

Role

Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls for an assigned territory.
Setting the sales targets, tracking the progress and reporting results on a periodic basis.
Onboarding new doctors and managing the key accounts. The role will involve 80% of sales to be monitored closely from the field and rest need to travel to visit the client if required
Coordinating with marketing team on lead generation. Conducting regular events for onboarding new doctors and engaging with existing doctors in the local area
Achieve the targets related to market penetration.
