Description

• 3 years of hard core selling experience in electrical MV LV HV switchgears industrial products.
• Responsible for enquiry generation, Offer preparation, regular follow up, negotiation, closer of orders.
• Direct/Indirect sales, customer relationship management, business planning and review, business information management, product presentation.
• Good at selling, oral presentation, agile interaction.
• Adhere to sales process, guidelines, obtaining necessary approvals & documentation.
• Quick learner and well conversant with commercial concepts.
• Result oriented with strong customer focus
• Monitor and achieve sales target.
• Build long term customer relationships and manage resolutions to specific customer needs and issues.
• Identify and develop sales opportunities, prepare sales plans, perform regular status reviews and proposes recovery plan(s) in cases of potential order shortfalls.
• Make timely offers and focus on conversion of orders through lead management and opportunity funnel management.
• Generate the agreed sales volume along with profitable sales through effective sales process.
• Establish and maintain effective customer relationships to understand customer needs.
• Identify and drive the development of new market opportunities in the market and ensure cross collaboration.
• Should have collaborative mindset with excellent written and oral communication in English.
