Description

As a Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for generating sales and promoting our products or services over the phone.

You will work closely with potential customers to understand their needs, offer suitable solutions, and close sales to achieve individual and team targets.

The role requires excellent communication skills, persuasive abilities, and a positive attitude to drive success.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Outbound calling to promote products/services.
  • Engage prospects, address inquiries.
  • Deliver persuasive sales pitches.
  • Qualify leads for potential conversion.
  • Maintain product knowledge.
  • Handle objections, resolve issues.
  • Conduct timely followups.
  • Achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Manage CRM data.
  • Collaborate with team members.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a Telesales Representative or similar sales role.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to handle objections and rejections with resilience.
  • Goaloriented and resultsdriven mindset.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus.
  • High school diploma; higher education in sales or relevant field is a bonus.
  • A positive and teamoriented attitude.

Salary:
₹13, ₹20,000.00 per month
