Designation - Dispatch Executive

Location - Thane

Experience - 4+ Years

Notice Period - Immediate/Max 30 Days

Working Days - 6 Days

Full Time Graduate

Note - Good communication skills

Key responsibilities would include:


  • Coordinate to the Site Personnel and Transporter to deliver the Material on site on or before time.
  • Ensure the route map for the field units are clear, coordinated and schedule them accordingly.
  • Dispatch and receive delivery orders or products.
  • Track vehicles till the material is delivered at site
  • Transport Vendor Management
  • Price Negotiation for Transportation
  • Responsible for Eway bill and Vendor Payment on Time.
  • PO Generation in ERP
  • Effectively communicate with the caller and dispatch team.
  • Good contacts with Transporters
  • Good communication and people skills
  • Excellent Negotiation Skill
  • Aptitude in problemsolving
  • Desire to work as a team with a result driven approach

Salary:
₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift

Experience:


  • Dispatching: 4 years (preferred)
  • Transportation planning: 4 years (preferred)

Language:


  • English (preferred)
