10th Pass / 12th Pass / Any Diploma / Any Graduate

EXPERIENCE:
Fresher / Experience (Sales Experience)

SALARY:
2 LPA - 3 LPA + Monthly / Quarterly Incentives

WORK TIMING:
9: 30 - 6: 30 PM & 10:00 - 7:00

PM

WORK DAYS:
MONDAY - SATURDAY (SUNDAY WEEK OFF)

LANGUAGES:
South Indian / Hindi (Preferable) / Good English

GENDER:
Male & Female

Age: 18 above - 45 years

Skills:
Good English communication, Outbound calling, Target Achievement, Sales Knowledge, Problem Solving

Roles

Calling potential customers to persuade them to take bank products and services offered.
Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Developing indepth knowledge of customer products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences.
Continually meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales.
Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales

Responsibilities:

Understanding the products and services offered by the company.
Setting a sales target and developing a marketing strategy for the same.
Calling existing and potential customers to update them about the recent launches.
Using a sales script to handle the customers efficiently.
Building a strong relationship with the old and existing customers.
Taking and processing customers' orders in a professional manner.
Providing excellent customer service to the customers.
Answering customers' questions in regards to products and services.
Adhering to all the company's rules and regulations.
Stay abreast with the latest trends in the industry.
