Description

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments of solar energy products and materials.
• Verify the accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments against shipping documents.
• Safely and efficiently store solar products and materials in designated warehouse locations.
• Maintain organized and clean warehouse spaces to facilitate efficient workflow.
• Prepare outgoing shipments by picking, packing, and labeling products as per customer orders.
• Assist in conducting regular inventory counts and reconciling discrepancies.
• Operate forklifts or other warehouse equipment as needed, adhering to safety protocols.
• Collaborate with other departments to fulfill orders and meet delivery deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding warehouse operations.
• Report any issues or concerns regarding inventory, equipment, or safety to the warehouse supervisor.

• ITI /Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in warehouse operations preferred.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management software is advantageous.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects and operate warehouse equipment.
• Basic mathematical skills for counting and recording inventory.
• Effective communication skills to interact with colleagues and vendors.
• Adaptability to changing priorities and workflow demands.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and orderly work environment.
• Willingness to follow instructions and adhere to standard operating procedures.
