An F&B (Food and Beverage) trainer involves various responsibilities related to training and development within the food and beverage industry.


Training Program Development:

Design and develop training programs for all levels of F&B staff, including servers, bartenders, chefs, and kitchen staff.

Create training materials, manuals, and presentations to ensure consistency in training content.


New Employee Onboarding:

Conduct orientation sessions for new F&B staff members, introducing them to company policies, procedures, and service standards.

Provide training on job responsibilities, customer service, and safety protocols.


Skills Development:

Identify skill gaps among F&B staff and develop training modules to address these gaps.

Provide hands-on training to improve technical skills, such as food preparation, cooking techniques, and service etiquette.


Service Standards:

Ensure that all F&B staff are trained to uphold and maintain high service standards.

Train employees on customer service etiquette, handling customer complaints, and creating a positive dining experience.


Compliance and Safety:

Educate F&B staff on health and safety regulations, food handling procedures, and sanitation standards.


Ensure that all employees are aware of and adhere to local and national regulations related to the food and beverage industry.


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
₹350, ₹500,000.00 per year
