Description

• Make daily outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Explain products or services in detail, answer any questions or concerns from the customer.
• Achieve specified targets and quotas within the set timeline.
• Maintain and update customer database with contact details and the status of current interactions.
• Record details of each call, including information on unsuccessful calls for future follow ups.
• Attend team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on new products, services, and policies.
• Report any major customer grievances or issues to the supervisory staff immediately.
• Assist in creating persuasive scripts to engage the customer.
• Adhere strictly to company policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Conduct customer surveys when required to gather feedback on products and services.

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification is a plus.
• Proven experience as a telecaller, telemarketer, or a similar role in sales or customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working with targets and tight deadlines.
• Fluent language skills in [specify languages required].
• Strong listening and problemsolving skills.
• Ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting clients.
