Responsibilities:
- Make daily outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain products or services in detail, answer any questions or concerns from the customer.
- Achieve specified targets and quotas within the set timeline.
- Maintain and update customer database with contact details and the status of current interactions.
- Record details of each call, including information on unsuccessful calls for future follow ups.
- Attend team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on new products, services, and policies.
- Report any major customer grievances or issues to the supervisory staff immediately.
- Assist in creating persuasive scripts to engage the customer.
- Adhere strictly to company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Conduct customer surveys when required to gather feedback on products and services.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification is a plus.
- Proven experience as a telecaller, telemarketer, or a similar role in sales or customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working with targets and tight deadlines.
- Fluent language skills in [specify languages required].
- Strong listening and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting clients.
Pay:
₹10, ₹25,000.00 per month
