    Job Description :


    As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a vital role in shaping the user experience and visual identity of Black Tulip products.

    Your creative vision, attention to detail, and user-centric approach will be essential in designing interfaces that seamlessly blend aesthetics with functionality, ensuring our users have an enjoyable and efficient interaction with our products.


    Responsibilities :

    • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including product managers and developers, to understand user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
    • Design intuitive and userfriendly interfaces for web and mobile applications that align with user personas and product requirements.
    • Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design concepts and interactions to stakeholders.
    • Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate on designs and enhance user experiences.
    • Develop user journeys and workflows that address user pain points and enhance the overall usability of the product.
    • Design and refine visual assets, including icons, illustrations, and graphical elements, to maintain a consistent visual style.
    • Collaborate with developers to ensure design implementation matches the intended user experience and visual design.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX/UI design.
    • Contribute to the establishment and maintenance of design guidelines and design systems.

    Qualifications :

    • Bachelor's degree in UX/UI Design, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design projects.
    • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator) or Sketch.
    • Solid understanding of usercentered design principles and best practices for web and mobile interfaces.
    • Experience with creating wireframes, prototypes, and mockups using design tools or prototyping software.
    • Familiarity with user research methodologies, usability testing, and user personas.
    • Strong visual design skills, including a keen eye for typography, color, and layout.
    • Ability to communicate design concepts effectively and collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
    • Experience with design handoff tools and working closely with developers for design implementation.
    • Knowledge of frontend development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus but not required.
