    Job Title SeniorAssociate India Entry

    We areseeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Associate to joinour team. The ideal candidate will have broad exposure in FinanceTax Human Resource and Company Law domains to be able to understandclient requirements and manage engagements. As a Senior Associateyou will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation ofour business by providing comprehensive support across multiplefunctions.

    Responsibilities:

    Involvein discussions with potential / interested foreign companies todevelop an understanding about their business plans inIndia.

    • Understand therequirements of such potential companies and present the serviceportfolio of ourorganization.
    • Initiate pitchpresentations / proposals to such companies and focus on signing upengagements.
    • Collaborate withinternal teams to deliver tailored solutions and services toclients.
    • Play the role of KeyAccount Manager build & maintain strong relationships withclients to understand their needs / expectations and ensuresatisfaction of services rendered by the operations team of ourorganization.
    • Address clientinquiries concerns and requests in a timely and professionalmanner.
    • Develop and implementstrategies / plans to engage clients and enhance their serviceexperience with ourorganization.
    • Organize andcoordinate client events meetings andpresentations.


    Requirements

    • CMA/ CA qualified / semi qualified with 7 years proven experience in asimilar role managing finance taxation HR payroll and statutorycompliance
    • Excellent communicationand interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport withclients and colleagues.
    • Demonstratedleadership qualities and the ability to mentor and develop teammembers.
    • Ability to manage multipletasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively in a fastpacedenvironment.
    • Strong analytical andproblemsolving skills with attention to detail andaccuracy.
