    Description

    We at United Breweries are looking for Regional Sales Excellence and RTC Manager with 8+ years of relevant experience based at Delhi location.

    Key Accountabilities:

    • Develop and execute strategies to optimize sales performance and enhance the route to consumer for the company's products in the assigned region.
    • Drive sales excellence by analyzing market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies and ensure effective implementation of sales and route to consumer initiatives.
    • Design and implement sales processes, tools, and systems to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.
    • Provide leadership and support to the sales team in delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving sales targets.
    • Monitor and evaluate sales performance metrics, such as revenue, market share, and customer satisfaction, and take corrective actions as needed.
    • Identify and develop key accounts and strategic partnerships to expand the company's customer base and market reach in the region.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to sales and route to consumer strategies.
    • Collaborate with external stakeholders, such as distributors, retailers, and channel partners, to optimize the route to consumer and ensure effective distribution and availability of products.
    • Prepare and present reports, forecasts, and recommendations to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and route to consumer strategies in the assigned region.
