    • Our client is a leading resin manufacturing company known for its innovative products and commitment to quality.
    • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager R&D to lead our Research and Development team in Navi Mumbai.

    Job Summary:

    • As the Senior Manager R&D, you will be responsible for leading the Research and Development activities for our resin manufacturing company.
    • You will oversee the development of new products, improvement of existing products, and ensure that our R&D initiatives align with the company's strategic objectives.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead and manage the R&D team in developing new resin products and improving existing formulations.
    • Drive innovation and continuous improvement in product development processes.
    • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including production, quality control, and sales to ensure successful product launches.
    • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new product opportunities and industry trends.
    • Manage R&D budget and resources effectively to meet project timelines and objectives.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in product development.
    • Mentor and develop R&D team members, fostering a culture of learning and innovation.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Preferably PhD in Polymer Chemistry.
    • Minimum of 12 years of experience in resin manufacturing R&D, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
    • Strong knowledge of resin chemistry, formulation development, and process optimization.
    • Proven track record of successfully launching new products in the resin industry.
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
    • Experience in project management, budgeting, and resource allocation.
    • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality standards in the resin manufacturing industry.

    Location:

    The position is based in Navi Mumbai and may require occasional travel to other company locations or industry events.
