Organization is leading manufacturing of Crane, Hydraulic and Weighting Scale Manufacturing Industry located at Changodar, Ahmedabad.

Required Education:
BE in Mechanical or any Graduate with min 2 to 4 Years Experience in Customer Care Support Profile.

  • Responsible for Customer Support Activity.
  • Coordinate with Customer for resolve to customer
  • Need good proficiency in Word/ Advance Excel/ Tally
  • Should be capable to Manage Engineers Daily Planning
  • Should be capable to Verify T.A /D.A Vouchers
  • Should be capable to Track Engineers Daily Visit (Attended Complain)
  • Should be capable to Manage and attend Customer Complaint and allocation
  • Should be capable to Manage Back office team (4 to 5 Members)
  • Should be flexible for late seating in case of emergency

Salary:
₹27, ₹32,000.00 per month
