Develop, implement and manage effective Compliance program in line with best industry practices,Assess, monitor and contribute to ensure effectiveness of the Compliance program,Develop, review and update Company policies, processes and procedures,Conduct internal investigations in complaints of violations of Company policies; handle a crisis or violation of Company PoliciesManage the compliance reports/inquiries/questions/incidents reported through hotline/WhistleblowerAdopt and lead the roll-out and implementation of policy, regulatory excellence and other compliance initiatives, including identifying key critical-to-compliance needs and determining residual riskExecute Ethics and Compliance communication as per the company's plans and policies

Perform risk assessments to understand risk level, significance and scopeEducate, create awareness and train employees, develop training modules on Company policies, processes, regulations and industry best practices and disseminate the same across CompanyProactively audit processes, practices and documents to identify weaknesses; Evaluate business activities to assess compliance risk
