Your future duties and responsibilities

Develop and implement efficient algorithms and data structures.
Identify and troubleshoot software defects and issues.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Participate in code reviews and ensure code quality and standards are met
Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in software development

Required qualifications to be successful in this role

Experience :
IVR Testing with Cyara Botium

Experience in Conversational IVR, Digital Chatbot testing, Cyara Botium

End to End Individual contributor.

Experience: 3-6 Years

Must Have Skills:

Member required minimum 2+ years working experience on IVR Testing using Cyara Botium Tool.
Experience in automation testing
Web and API

Good to have:

Proven data analysis and problem solving skills
Conduct technical training with development teams
Strong selfdriven collaborator with ability to work in diverse teams as a contributing member
