Description

• Work closely with business systems analysts and developers as part of an team to design, build, and deliver solutions
• Drive solution design for projects and production support working with IT and Business SME's
• Describe and illustrate designs with appropriate justifications
• Keep up to date with new releases and improvements in Conga Products and Salesforce. com
• Perform functional and technical system activities, including business process configuration, coordinate testing, work with offshore team and vendor on development activities, manage project queue and scheduled releases, etc.
• Collaborate with team.

• At least 8+ years' experience in a leading role in delivering Salesforce projects
• Required: A proactive personality, with a cando attitude, Excellent relationshipbuilding skills, Strong analytical skills, with the ability to observe trends.
• Available and responsive to question, clarifications and instructions
• Ability to tailor communication to multiple audiences at all levels
• A selfstarter, experienced in leading projects or delivery work streams
• Outstanding written communication skills
• A strategic approach to solution design, with proven ability to develop and execute tactical plans to support the strategy
• Excellent ability to coach, motivate and direct work tasks to a multidisciplinary team of Salesforce professionals
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, positive attitude and strong problemsolving skills
• Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows & process builders, custom views, custom settings, SOQL, changeset and ant migration and other content of intermediate complexity
