The Change and Controls Team in Cash Account Management is focused on providing innovative solutions that facilitate the growth and operational efficiency of the department.


Responsibilities:


  • Coordinating with technology and product owners to ensure each stage of technical change is adhering to best practices
  • Building relationships with key stakeholders across the Product, Technology, Operations, Legal, Risk, Compliance & partner organizations to positively engage the parties in the outcomes
  • Risk, prioritisation and conflict management across technology change to remove roadblocks
  • Promote team building, training and empowerment to ensure pace, contribution and accountability
  • Reporting progress to stakeholders
  • Seeking and using innovative tools to reduce the manual overhead and risk within the department

Skills/Qualifications

Essential:


  • Ability to effectively chair meetings will appropriate follow up where necessary
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication across all levels
  • Passionate about quality delivery, ownership and driving business change and real world impact
  • Can partner, influence and thrive in a global matrixed organization embrace collaboration

  • Knowledgeable of banking functions, specifically, in one or more of the following areas: Finance, Network, Reconciliations, Cash Management, Risk and Controls
  • Ability to assimilate information and assess impact on process
  • Knowledge of Atlassian JIRA and Confluence products
  • Experience with 'Design Thinking'
  • Identify priorities and manage multiple workstreams coordinating activities across departments
  • Serve as senior program advocate in steering committees and other senior forums
