Job Summary
To contribute in creating and maintaining good customer relationships
To contribute in achieving service RO's for the company by calling
To record and maintain the Customer Feedback Form on daily basis

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Vehicle Service Booking
  • Remainder Calls & PSF Calls
  • Nil Customer Grievances
  • Adherence to Timelines
  • Lost Customer retention

Key Skills
verbal communication, proactive, good listening skills

Required Experience and Qualifications
2 to 3 years of experience as customer care/ Telecalling
Any Bachelor's Degree
Freshers may also apply


Pay:
₹13, ₹20,000.00 per month
