Job Description:
We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer with at least 2 years of experience to join our team.

As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces while ensuring exceptional user experience across various digital platforms.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver innovative design solutions that meet user needs and business goals.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research, gather requirements, and analyze user feedback to inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design ideas and interaction flows.
• Develop design specifications and guidelines to maintain design consistency and facilitate development.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to translate user requirements into functional designs.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback, usability testing, and data analysis to continuously improve user experience.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles and contribute to a culture of design excellence within the organization.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple projects and deadlines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Experience with user research, usability testing, and data-driven design.
• Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Ability to communicate design concepts effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Portfolio showcasing relevant UI/UX design projects and process.
