The sales representative position is a key sales role, responsible for executing sales for target organisations such as - Clinics, Hospitals, Individual doctors, Labs ,Diagnostics, Physiotherapy clinics, Allied health clinics, beauty, cosmetic clinics and all health care and allied health professionals.


DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Achieve lead generation, prospecting and other sales management goals designed to build an optimal sales pipeline.

Personally develop strong, long-term relationships and referrals with senior management at targeted firms Manage the end-to-end sales process for all opportunities including initial client communication, on site presentations, RFI response, multi day client workshops, RFP submission, negotiation and deal signing.

Provide support to customers during initial phases of an engagement. Follow up and ensure total client satisfaction through the life cycle of the relationship. Support the team's market research and competitive positioning analysis in partnership with regional presales, marketing, and product development staff.

Demonstrate strong personal communication and presentation skills to establish interest, credibility and trust.


WITHIN YOUR ROLE YOU WILL:


  • Sales Strategy and Sales Process Management.
  • Closing deals
  • Develop annual plans based on achieving above market growth by product line, segment, and territory. Exceed planned performance.
  • Drive rigorous business processes.
  • Develop and manage a robust product sales funnel to drive customer retention and competitive wins.
  • Define product sales strategy for the region, including long term and shortterm plans, effective metrics to track progress and rewards programs to drive sustainable growth.
  • Talent Management
    Resource development and deployment including hiring, training, and coaching, performance management, talent development programs and reward and recognition.
  • Drive Value Selling Culture at all levels through innovative solution selling approach along with a culture of Voice and Dignity and Transparency
  • Ensure strong understanding of the marketplace, including competitive accounts and client trends
  • Embrace Ouris core values and ensure all associates are actively engaged in driving profitable business growth.

COMPETENCY SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
We need high energy people with strong client relationships skills selling IT products.

Experience of pharmaceutical sales is an advantage, when selling to doctors.

Sales acumen and specific experience in designing and leading sales strategy for the Organization

  • Strategic Planning and Critical Analysis.
  • To be organized and be methodical in handling responsibilities and to ensure that accurate and immediate followup is done, to respond quickly to needs to the market, and be alert to situations that may be problem causing.
  • Market knowledge and product knowledge.
  • Must be highly efficient and motivating.
  • People management and ability to work under stressmust be a team leader, highly efficient and motivating.
  • Communication Skills.
  • To be able to effectively deal with customers and other stakeholders.

Salary:
₹5, ₹70,000.00 per month
