Needed jewelry showroom staffs for Tata Tanishq showroom in Aavadi, Chennai.

The staffs required for the Job positions are:

RSO
Store manager

Immediate joiner required.

Diploma or any other relative degree required

Monthly sales incentives

Chennai people preferable.

Must have experience in jewelry showroom with minimum 3 to 10 years.

Must have good communication skill.

salary will be provided according to the experience.

Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly as they enter the showroom, actively listen to their needs, and assist them in selecting jewellery pieces that meet their preferences and budget.

Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our jewellery collections, including materials, craftsmanship, and design elements. Educate customers on the unique features and value of each piece.

Salesmanship: Guide customers through the sales process with confidence and enthusiasm. Utilize effective sales techniques to maximize sales opportunities and meet or exceed sales targets.

Client Relations: Build strong relationships with customers by providing personalized service, addressing their inquiries and concerns, and following up on their purchases to ensure satisfaction.

Visual Merchandising: Maintain the visual appeal of the showroom by arranging jewellery displays in an aesthetically pleasing and organized manner. Ensure that all jewellery pieces are clean, well-lit, and properly showcased.

Inventory Management: Assist in monitoring and managing inventory levels, including restocking shelves, conducting regular stock counts, and identifying fast-moving items.

Administrative Tasks: Complete various administrative duties as needed, such as processing transactions, updating customer records, and preparing sales reports.

Salary:
₹17, ₹65,000.00 per month
