Job Overview:
As a Guest Relations Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring a positive and memorable experience for guests during their stay at the hotel.
You will handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests while providing excellent customer service and maintaining a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Service:
Provide exceptional guest service by greeting and welcoming guests, addressing their inquiries, and assisting with check-in and check-out procedures.
Complaint Resolution:
Handle guest complaints and concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring that appropriate actions are taken to resolve issues and maintain guest satisfaction.
Guest Relations:
Build strong relationships with guests by anticipating their needs, responding to their requests, and ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their stay.
Communication:
Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience. Provide accurate information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
Guest Feedback:
Collect guest feedback through surveys, direct communication, and other feedback channels. Use the feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate actions.
VIP Guests:
Identify VIP and repeat guests and provide personalized services to enhance their experience. Coordinate special requests, amenities, and preferences for VIP guests.
Upselling:
Promote hotel amenities, services, and packages to guests, aiming to enhance their stay and increase revenue.
Coordination:
Collaborate with other departments such as housekeeping, reservations, and F&B to ensure smooth operations and meet guest expectations.
Guest Safety:
Adhere to hotel policies and procedures regarding guest safety and security, ensuring guest confidentiality and privacy.
Administration:
Maintain accurate guest records, reservation information, and relevant documentation. Prepare reports and participate in departmental meetings as required.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is desirable.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Strong problemsolving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fastpaced environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering highquality service.
- Proficient in using hotel management systems and other relevant software.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

₹8, ₹14,999.00 per month
