Responsibilities**:

Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase ecommerce sales through targeted advertising campaigns.
Create and manage advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis to optimize campaign performance.
Monitor and analyze campaign data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
A/B test ad creatives, messaging, and landing pages to improve conversion rates and ROI.
Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging ad creatives and assets.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing and ecommerce.
Provide regular reports and analysis on campaign performance, including key metrics such as ROAS, CTR, conversion rates, etc.
Work crossfunctionally with other teams such as product development, customer service, and analytics to align marketing efforts with business goals.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on driving ecommerce sales through advertising campaigns.
Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.
Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, etc.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make datadriven decisions.
Creative mindset with the ability to develop compelling ad creatives and messaging.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fastpaced environment.
Experience with ecommerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, etc., is a plus.
Certifications in digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads certification) are a plus.
