About role:


To maintain ground-breaking propositions for our product and support the next wave of innovation, we are looking for a Scrum preferably with a technical background who is passionate about helping and driving multi-disciplinary teams to transform ideas into client-facing solutions.


As the Magnum Scrum Master, you will be leading multiple development squads while working closely with the Product Manager and Product Owners to ensure a healthy software development lifecycle and release planning.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Work closely with the Magnum product teams (Product Manager, Product Owner(s), Business Analysts, Software Architects, Developers, and other collaborators).
  • Coordinate, lead and facilitate the Scrum process and ceremonies; daily standups, demos, retrospectives, grooming and planning meetings, etc. with one or multiple Scrum teams.
  • Resolve team impediments with the other Project Managers / Scrum Masters to increase the efficiency of the productcentric delivery.
  • Track and point out delivery risks and help to mitigate such risks and dependencies.
  • Help the Product Owner/Product Manager to keep the product backlog in good shape and well groomed for sprint planning.
  • Coach leaders and teams in Agile practices and demeanor in collaboration with agile coaches.
  • Drive continuous improvements via "Inspect and Adapt" workshops.
  • Identify gaps in the process and team abilities to help drive the transition of the organization to a scalable, agile, and productcentric delivery model.
  • Help handle other special projects within the domain as assigned.

Your Qualifications:


  • Overall 8+ years of experience including 3+ years in the management of complex technical projects and 3+ years of development/testing experience as part of an Agile team. Experience working as a Scrum Master is beneficial.
  • University degree in Engineering or Computer Science (or comparable education/equivalent experience)
  • You have a strong technical background with a career journey which encompasses Software Development or Testing and eventually transitioning into a Tech Project manager role
  • You are an authority in Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban or SAFe and have experience in redefining a team from a waterfall approach to an Agile product development way of working
  • Capability to understand and speak software engineers' language and understand the wider context of their work
  • Emotional intelligence and the ability to influence behavior among your peers and the development teams
  • Personal demeanor that is in sync with the following values: proactivity, ownership and continuous improvement.
  • PMP certification, SAFe certification and/or Scrum Master Certification is strongly preferred
  • Proficient in English (written and spoken).
