Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee all aspects of the food and beverage program for the company, including menu development, recipe creation, ingredient sourcing, and plate presentation
- Train and manage a team of culinary professionals in the proper execution of all kitchen operations
- Maintain a high level of sanitation and safety in the kitchen at all times
- Ensure that all food orders are prepared in a timely and efficient manner
- Monitor food quality and take corrective action when necessary
- Work with the purchasing department to source the highest quality ingredients at the best possible price
- Develop costeffective menus that meet the needs of the company while also providing a high level of customer satisfaction
- Create new and innovative dishes that will keep customers coming back for more
- Stay uptodate on trends in the food and beverage industry and incorporate them into the menu as appropriate
- Manage the budget for the food and beverage program and take steps to reduce costs where possible
- Conduct regular staff meetings to ensure that all team members are aware of the goals and objectives of the company
- Handle customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts, or related field
- 8+ years experience as a professional chef, with at least 3 years in a corporate setting
- Exceptional culinary skills, with a focus on healthy and innovative cuisine
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Ability to develop and oversee largescale food production
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work long hours, including evenings and weekends
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
- Master's degree in Culinary Arts, or related field
- 10+ years experience as a professional chef
- Certification from the American Culinary Federation
- Experience developing and implementing sustainability initiatives
- Knowledge of food cost analysis and menu pricing
Job Types:

Salary:
Up to ₹100,000.00 per month
