Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Develop and oversee all aspects of the food and beverage program for the company, including menu development, recipe creation, ingredient sourcing, and plate presentation
  • Train and manage a team of culinary professionals in the proper execution of all kitchen operations
  • Maintain a high level of sanitation and safety in the kitchen at all times
  • Ensure that all food orders are prepared in a timely and efficient manner
  • Monitor food quality and take corrective action when necessary
  • Work with the purchasing department to source the highest quality ingredients at the best possible price
  • Develop costeffective menus that meet the needs of the company while also providing a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Create new and innovative dishes that will keep customers coming back for more
  • Stay uptodate on trends in the food and beverage industry and incorporate them into the menu as appropriate
  • Manage the budget for the food and beverage program and take steps to reduce costs where possible
  • Conduct regular staff meetings to ensure that all team members are aware of the goals and objectives of the company
  • Handle customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner

Required Skills and Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts, or related field
  • 8+ years experience as a professional chef, with at least 3 years in a corporate setting
  • Exceptional culinary skills, with a focus on healthy and innovative cuisine
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Ability to develop and oversee largescale food production
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility to work long hours, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Culinary Arts, or related field
  • 10+ years experience as a professional chef
  • Certification from the American Culinary Federation
  • Experience developing and implementing sustainability initiatives
  • Knowledge of food cost analysis and menu pricing

Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent


Salary:
Up to ₹100,000.00 per month
