  • 12+ yrs experience overall
  • 5+ yrs experience in delivering Development projects
  • Should have a expertise leading tech teams by establishing Best practices to improve Performance and Quality
  • Should have collaborated with the Solution teams deeply in Presales/Delivery stages for proposal building and estimations
  • Demonstrate deep understanding of the client's needs, strategy and goals
  • Well versed with all phases of SDLC cycles
  • Should be good with Delivery metrics and Data oriented execution
  • Should be Strong Agile practitioner
  • Excellent communication skills and should have directly collaborated with clients on daily/weekly basis
  • Experience in leveraging AWS Services and platforms

Preferred

  • Experience delivering data centric projects on Fintech/Lending domain
  • High level exposure to data concepts including DataWarehousing, BI, cloud data platforms
  • Experience building high-performance teams from zero to 20+ members
  • Exposure towards Account Management will be a plus
  • Anyone who has travelled to US for client visits will be a big plus
