Junior Architect/ Architect / Senior Architect

Location:
Hauz Khas, New Delhi

Position Overview:

Responsibilities:

Execute the design process to achieve design intent and exceed client expectations.
Lead and contribute through all project stages on multiple projects simultaneously.
Manage relationships with clients and consultants to ensure alignment between client objectives and project outcomes.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative design solutions that meet project requirements.
Prepare and present design proposals, concept drawings, and presentations to clients.
Develop detailed architectural drawings, including plans, elevations, and sections, using CAD software.
Conduct site visits, surveys, and inspections to assess project feasibility and progress.
Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior staff members as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
38 years of experience working as an Architect or Senior Architect.
Experience in residential, commercial, and corporate sector projects is required.
Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and other relevant design tools.
Strong understanding of architectural principles, building systems, and construction methods.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
Detailoriented with a creative mindset and problemsolving abilities.
Immediate availability for joining is preferred.
