We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team at Radiant Multitech Consulting as a Telecaller; you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients and providing them with information about our products and services.
This position starts as a temporary role, with the possibility of moving to full-time employment based on performance and meeting targets.
- Contacting current and potential clients to inform them regarding the services.
- Answering all queries and questions based on services provided by the company.
- Understanding customers' requirements by asking questions and closing the deal.
- Keeping the customer database maintained and updated with customer name address and current technical issues faced by customers.
- Taking and processing orders accurately and Passing & distributing the tasks among service engineers.
- Preserve the company's reputation by handling grievances at earliest.
- Facilitating companies' sales by going the extra mile and meeting a sales quota.
- Keeping a record of all the sales and service calls and notes of useful information.
- Attending regular team meetings to clarify progress and performancerelated expectations.
- Put forward suggestions in accordance with the requirements of the consumer.
- Graduation or equivalent
- PGDCA or DCA
- Prior experience working as a telecaller or in a similar role
- Having done a salesrelated training program.
- Knowledge with computers.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to resolve issues.
Salary:
₹8, ₹11,000.00 per month
