Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute effective media plans for outdoor advertising campaigns, ensuring alignment with client objectives and budget constraints.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis of market trends, audience demographics, and competitor strategies to inform media planning decisions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including sales, creative, and operations to gather necessary information and ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
  • Utilize media planning tools and software to forecast reach, frequency, and other key performance metrics.
  • Negotiate and secure optimal media placements, including billboards, transit advertising, and other outdoor formats, while maximizing value for clients.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports to clients, identifying areas for optimization and improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry developments, emerging technologies, and innovative advertising formats to continually enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media vendors and suppliers to leverage partnerships and secure competitive rates.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop integrated marketing strategies that incorporate outdoor advertising into broader campaigns.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for outdoor advertising.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in media planning, preferably with a focus on outdoor advertising.
  • Strong understanding of media planning principles, including reach, frequency, and GRPs.
  • Proficiency in media planning tools and software, such as Nielsen, Kantar, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and insights to drive strategic decisionmaking.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
  • Detailoriented mindset with strong organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Creative thinking and problemsolving abilities to develop innovative advertising solutions.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment and adapt to changing priorities and client needs.
  • Familiarity with the local market in Hyderabad and understanding of regional advertising trends is preferred.
