Description
We are looking for a Sourcing Executive / Professional for our organization. As a Sourcing Executive you would be responsible for managing the sourcing process for our organization. You would work to identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and oversee the delivery of goods and services.

As a successful Sourcing Executive, you must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with suppliers, colleagues, and management.

You must be adept at conducting research to identify new vendors and evaluate their capabilities, and have a deep understanding of market trends and industry standards.

In addition, a Sourcing Executive is highly organized and detail-oriented,with a keen eye for identifying cost-saving opportunities and managing vendor relationships to ensure that products and services are delivered on time and within budget.

You must also be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

Responsibilities:


  • Handling the whole project starting from the selection of the Products to sourcing and procurement of
goods.

  • Study drawings, layouts, 3Ds and ability to understand them well.
  • Closely working and understanding project requirements from the Business Development Team.
  • Vendor Development, Material price negotiation.
  • Product Sourcing of international brands.
  • Handling client queries received by the Business Development Team with complete ownership.
  • Preparing estimations with full accuracy.
  • Ability to compare quotes from different vendors and place orders to the right vendor.

Requirements:


  • Reading and understanding of AutoCAD drawings.
  • English Communication (written and spoken both)
  • PowerPoint Presentation
  • Microsoft Excel
  • Material Procurement skills
  • Material Cost Negotiation skills
  • Selling skills & Attention to dealing

Job Types:

Salary:
Up to ₹42,521.80 per month
