Position Overview:


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement digital marketing Strategic publishing schedule to enhance the online presence of client's business in the hospitality industry.
  • Develop objective driven plans for building Brand awareness and footfalls.
  • Manage social media accounts monitoring for clients, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.
  • Develop social media Calendar based on Hero
  • Hub
  • Hygiene strategy.
  • Coordinate with Influencer team/ managers to get campaigns executed.
  • Create static and Gif posts along with reels/stories for social media platforms.
  • Custom design creatives that include video shooting, editing and content management.
  • Respond to follower content, Build Polls/ Host Tweet chats, Advertising.
  • Conducted market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for clients
  • Coordinate with Influencer team/ managers to get campaigns executed.
  • SEO and competitive keyword identification and optimization to improved website rankings and organic traffic.
  • Act as a liaison between our company and clients, ensuring effective communication and understanding of client requirements.
  • Attend events and visit client branches to capture unique content, including photos and videos, that showcases the branch's atmosphere, offerings, and events.
  • Analyse social media metrics and performance data to optimize content and campaigns for maximum engagement and effectiveness and share weekly reports.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, incorporating innovative ideas into client strategies.

Requirements:


  • Masters / Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms like Instagram, YouTube, X, Pinterest, LinkedIn and their respective advertising tools.
  • Proficiency in video shooting, editing tools and content management.
  • Active on social media and understands trends and comes up with creative ideas frequently based on target market for more customer engagement.
  • Knowledge of SEO principles, including keyword research, onpage optimization, link building, and staying uptodate with search engine algorithm changes.
  • Proficiency in setting up and managing PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and social media.
  • Strong analytical skills to gather data from various sources (website analytics, social media insights, etc.) and translate it into actionable insights for optimizing campaigns.
  • Must have a 2wheeler and willingness to travel to client branches as needed.
  • Ability to create comprehensive and clear reports showcasing the performance of marketing campaigns and strategies to stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) principles to create userfriendly and visually appealing digital assets
