Role :
Asst Sales Manager (ASM)
As an Asst. Sales Manager in the real estate industry, your role will involve advising clients on investing in residential properties.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Connecting with Hot Leads and Networking: You will connect with leads provided by the company and build relationships with registered and new clients to expand your prospects.
Managing Client Queries:
Handling client queries over the phone and converting tele-conversations into personal meetings to further understand their real estate needs.
Meeting Prospective Customers:
Meeting with potential customers to gain insight into their requirements and preferences in the real estate market.
Providing Solutions:
Offering the best possible solutions to customers, matching their needs with available properties.
Arranging Site Visits:
Swiftly arranging site visits for customers and accompanying them during the visits to provide guidance and answer any questions.
Personalized Customer Service:
Providing personalized service to customers throughout the negotiation process, ensuring their needs are met and facilitating the closing of deals.
Collaborating with the CM Team:
Working closely with the internal Customer Management (CM) team to ensure smooth after-sales service and customer satisfaction.
Achieving Targets:
Ensuring that sales targets are met in line with the business plan.
Market Analysis:
Keeping a close watch on real estate market trends and generating reports to stay informed about the industry.
Deal Progress Reporting:
Preparing status reports on deals at various stages of progress/negotiation using Customer Management (CM) or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, market knowledge, and the ability to manage a team while driving sales and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Salary:
₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
Shift:
- Day shift
Travel requirement:
- Up to 50% travel
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
