Position Overview:
The Telecaller at Genau Accurate Learning Solutions Pvt Ltd plays a crucial role in student admissions, serving as the primary point of contact for potential students.
Responsibilities:
Explain course details to inquiries over the phone.
Make daily calls to leads provided by the organization.
Follow up with leads through regular communication.
Convert leads into admissions through effective persuasion and counseling.
Analyze lead data to identify potential opportunities.
Execute lead conversion strategies to meet admission targets.
Provide counseling to students regarding course offerings and benefits.
Outcome of Position:
The successful Telecaller will contribute to the growth of student admissions at Genau Accurate Learning Solutions Pvt Ltd by effectively communicating the value proposition of our courses, converting leads into admissions, and maintaining high levels of student satisfaction through counseling and support.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
