The Vice Principal works closely with the Principal to provide leadership and support in the administration of the school, focusing on promoting a positive and productive learning environment for students, faculty, and staff.
Responsibilities:
1.
Administrative Support:
- Assist the Principal in developing and implementing school policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Manage daytoday operations of the school, including scheduling, attendance, and disciplinary matters.
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to address student issues and concerns effectively.
- Oversee the coordination of school events, activities, and programs.

Curriculum Development:
- Participate in curriculum planning and development, ensuring alignment with educational standards and objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate instructional practices to promote student achievement and academic excellence.
- Support teachers in implementing effective teaching strategies and instructional techniques.
3.
Student Support:
- Provide guidance and counseling to students on academic, social, and behavioral matters.
- Implement intervention strategies for students experiencing difficulties in their academic or personal lives.
- Foster a safe and inclusive school environment that promotes respect, diversity, and equity.
4.
Teacher Supervision and Evaluation:
- Conduct classroom observations and evaluations to assess teaching effectiveness and provide constructive feedback.
- Support professional development initiatives for teachers, including workshops, training sessions, and mentoring programs.
- Collaborate with the Principal in recruiting, hiring, and retaining qualified teaching staff.

Parent and Community Engagement:
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress, behavior, and school activities.
- Organize parent meetings, workshops, and other events to promote parental involvement in the school community.
- Cultivate positive relationships with community stakeholders, including local businesses, organizations, and government agencies.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field.
- B.Ed./M.Ed. from any Recognised University.
- Previous experience in education administration, preferably as a teacher or school administrator.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of educational principles, curriculum development, and instructional best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fastpaced environment.
- Commitment to fostering a culture of academic excellence, equity, and inclusivity.
Working Conditions:
- Work primarily takes place in a school setting, including classrooms, offices, and common areas.
- May require occasional evening or weekend hours for school events, meetings, or activities.
- Interaction with students, parents, teachers, and other stakeholders is a regular part of the job.
Salary:
₹18, ₹35,000.00 per month
