    Description

    Position Impact

    The (Senior) Administrative Specialist plays a pivotal role in the internal administrative operations of the company. Responsible for planning and executing various administrative functions, ensuring the smooth and secure operation of the company, and providing support to enhance employee efficiency and well-being. This position spans across multiple dimensions, including asset management, safety and health, environmental protection, project execution, public area security, and maintenance management, directly influencing company operations and employee quality of life.

    Responsibility

    • Responsible for organizing and planning employee commuting arrangements to ensure efficient and cost-effective transportation arrangements.
    • Ensuring stable operation of telecommunication equipment and promptly handling maintenance and updates of communication facilities.
    • Supervising the operation of security systems to ensure the effectiveness of internal safety and security measures, while regularly conducting maintenance and upgrades of relevant systems.
    • Office cleaning management, including vendor selection, procurement of equipment, and vendor management.
    • Procurement and inventory management of all types of Office supplies.
    • Seal Management: Commissioning vendors to produce stamps.
    • Managing company assets, formulating asset management systems to ensure their effective use and maintenance.
    • Processes related to sending, receiving, and collecting mail/packages, including record management.
    • Be the switchboard and front desk to answer calls and receive visitors.
    • Other General Affairs: undertaking tasks assigned by supervisors and actively cooperating with various work to achieve the company's overall objectives.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree with 7-8 years of relevant work experience in administration or general affairs management
    • Strong organizational skills and coordination abilities
    • Excellent communication techniques to ensure the smooth execution of affairs.
