Sales Planning:
Value wise and Product Wise/Hospital Wise-Monthly

  • Yearly Target Achievement decide by the company
  • Maintaining relationship with distributors, appointment of distributors and settlement of claims
  • Ensuring availability of products in Hospitals as per sales
  • Payment received from the distributors/hospitals
  • Create regional sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives
  • Evaluate Team and individual performances
  • Identify hiring needs, select and train new salespeople
  • Prepare and review the annual budget for the area of responsibility
  • Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth
  • Identifying and acquiring new customers, as well as upselling to existing customer bases across the region
  • Effectively managing and driving the sales cycle from prospection through to successful closure
  • Building strong relationships with key accounts in the region.

Salary:
₹13, ₹38,740.53 per month
