Dealer Coordination:
Act as the primary point of contact between the company and various dealer sales points.
Coordinate order processing, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products.
Address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service to dealers.
Sales Team Support:
Collaborate with the sales team to facilitate smooth communication and information flow.
Assist in the creation and distribution of sales materials, product catalogs, and promotional information.
Coordinate sales meetings and ensure timely reporting of sales data.
Data Management:
Proficiently use Excel and Tally to manage and update sales-related data, including order tracking, inventory, and sales performance.
Generate reports and analytics to support decision-making within the sales department.
Communication:
Maintain clear and open lines of communication between the sales team, dealers, and other relevant stakeholders.
Provide timely updates on order statuses, product availability, and any relevant information.
Documentation and Record-Keeping:
Ensure accurate and organized documentation of sales-related activities.
Maintain a record of contracts, agreements, and communication with dealers.
Salary:
₹20, ₹40,000.00 per month
Supplemental pay types:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
Experience:
