Description

This is a mid-management position responsible for liaising between business users and technologists to driving the business analysis activities with rigour, & depth.

Responsibilities:

Drive the requirement elicitation, detailed discussions with business & operations for payment systems or deposit products & drive the project to closure across all stages
Knowledge of ISO formats, payment regulations across Europe & Swiss jurisdictions
Excellent business communication skills
Create detailed & highquality requirement artefacts for the changes including Use Case documentations, Interface specifications, Functional/ Feature documentations.
Interface with technology/development team to communicate, prioritize requirement and release planning.
Coordinate UAT test with business and development team and get Business Approval.
Own the requirement delivery & collaborate across different teams for creating solution that's best to our client
Filter, prioritize and validate potentially complex material from multiple sources and perform other duties and functions as assigned

Required:

10+ years of experience in business analysis or systems analysis.
Indepth understanding of payments & deposit products lifecycles across banks
Minimum 8+ years of experience of working in banking products, 5 + years of experience of working in banking technology products as a functional specialist
Indepth understanding of banking products & processes.
Working experience of financial markets/product knowledge
Demonstrated ability to effectively use complex analytical, interpretive and problemsolving techniques to create solid business analysis plan approach.
Proven interpersonal, diplomatic and influencing skills, senior stakeholder management
Effective project management skills across agile & waterfall methodologies
Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication
Experience in exhaustive Business Process and Data Analysis & best practices
Ability to effectively interact with many stakeholders globally and handle multiple information tracks concurrently
Ability to identify the risks and managing them effectively
Ability to think Out of the box for any given business requirement
