Responsibilities

1.
Sales Support

Assist the sales team with daytoday administrative tasks, including preparing sales documents,

reports, and presentations.

Coordinate and track sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
Manage sales databases and update customer records with relevant information.
Respond promptly to sales inquiries from customers, providing product information, pricing, and

delivery details.

Collaborate with internal teams, such as production, logistics, and finance, to ensure timely order

fulfillment and resolve any issues that may arise.

Customer Service

Maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and addressing

concerns or complaints.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve problems promptly, escalating complex issues to the

appropriate personnel when necessary.

Assist in the preparation and distribution of sales and marketing materials, including catalogs,

brochures, and promotional items.

Coordinate customer visits and meetings, ensuring all necessary arrangements are made.

3.
Sales Coordination.

Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
Monitor sales activities, prepare sales reports, and analyze sales data to identify trends and

opportunities for improvement.

Support the sales team in achieving sales targets and objectives.
Coordinate and participate in sales meetings, conferences, and trade shows as required.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to provide insights

and recommendations.

Salary:
₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
